Masterplan for the development of one of the last logistic areas in front of the city of Barcelona, creating a new type of relation in between the port and the city. This project articulates a new step in the narrative of the modern Barcelona throughout the concepts of Seafront and Waterfront and proposing the creation of a mixt area based on residence, logistics and services. The Masterplan unfolds one of the main heavy arteries of the city, in a hight speed road and in a pedestrian boulevard.
